The Cincinnati Academy of Professional Psychology (CAPP) is an organization of psychologists whose goals are the following: 1. To promote excellence in the practice of professional psychology in the Cincinnati area. 2. To promote greater public knowledge of the psychological aspects of human behavior. 3. To designate and maintain high standards in the professional relationships between psychology and other allied professions and organizations whose aims are compatible with it, and between psychology and the community. 4. To
provide
an
opportunity
for
peer
consultation
and
continuing education
with
emphasis
on
the
exchange
of
information
related
to
the
practice
of
psychology;
and
to
provide
a
strong
organizational
base
and
forum
through
which
members
may
address
matters
of
mutual
interest
and
professional
concern,
and
work
cooperatively
to
resolve
problems.
